The Hain Celestial Group, Melville, NY, has acquired Jason Natural Products, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, in order to enter the natural health and body care products category. In its last fiscal year, sales of Jason Natural Products totaled approximately $20 million.

In other news, the company also acquired the Ethnic Gourmet® brand of natural ethnic frozen meals and the Rosetto® brand of frozen Italian products from H.J. Heinz.
